Energy Secretary Steven Chu says Americans are like “Teenage Kids” when it comes to energy use.
By and large, Mr. Chu is right.

The Times neither praised the book nor panned it. The review proceeded as cautious and as neutral as would seem possible, with a bit of skepticism tossed in. It was reviewed in the Business Section, however, not in Styles or Books, so that may explain the stern pragmatism of the reviewer.
